We are seeking an Automation Developer passionate about working with automation and workflow technologies, such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, to deliver world-class solutions alongside a highly skilled team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative automation solutions. This role involves planning, developing, and troubleshooting sustainable, intuitive, and functional solutions that enhance the employee experience. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, actively contributing to the technical direction of applications and sharing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop solutions using UiPath, Microsoft technologies, and workflow tools for backend integrations and frontend interfaces
• Assist with troubleshooting and debugging in both development and production environments
• Participate in team and stakeholder meetings to provide technical and architectural input
• Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions on best practices
• Ensure solutions are documented, tested, and developed to completion per team standards and specifications

Qualifications

• Matric
• Relevant IT degree/diploma
• UiPath RPA Developer Certification
• MS Power Platform Certification
• 2+ years of development experience
• Experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, Active Directory (AD) is beneficial
• Knowledge of workflow process development
