Rand Mutual Assurance offers a 12-month Learnership Programme that combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience. Participants will work under the supervision of dedicated mentors and technical coaches in various business units, aligned with their career aspirations. The programme also includes technical and soft skills training, enhancing their learning journey. RMA promotes a vibrant culture with a sense of purpose and provides a fully funded programme designed for blended learning experiences, offering opportunities to learn in, at, and outside work.

Responsibilities

• Engage in both theoretical and practical training under the guidance of mentors and technical coaches
• Complete tasks assigned within the designated business unit
• Participate actively in technical and soft skills training sessions
• Take part in competency-based roles for hands-on experience
• Maintain and uphold RMA’s values and standards throughout the learning process
• Adhere to the programme's work-back/pay-back obligations if required by the employer

Qualifications

• Must be an unemployed South African citizen
• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate required
• Must be classified as Black (Employment Equity)
• Not older than 35 years
• No prior enrollment in any INSETA-registered Learnership programme
• Adequate English comprehension skills
