Process Automation Specialist

Description

To provide expertise, advise and deliver process and data design specifications by engaging with the required stakeholders to develop sustainable, innovative, flexible and efficient process and data modelling solutions for enhanced business service delivery

Responsibilities

• Identifying and designing business processes for automation
• Collaborating with team members to define business requirements for automated solutions
• Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
• Designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using RPA tools such as BluePrism, UI Automation, UiPath and Python
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects in automated processes
• Ensure the output data is accurate
• Ensure system documentation is in place
• Build dashboard reports on power Bi or reporting services for visibility
• Experience with Databases and T-SQL, Power BI/ Reporting services, SQL Server

Qualifications

• BSc in IT/Informatics or relevant qualification
