Responsibilities

  • Complete a 12-month Compass Learnership Program within the Human Capital team
  • Commit to completing an Accredited NQF L4/5 Qualification over the 12-month period
  • Gain practical, on-the-job experience within a dynamic social enterprise environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and tenants, providing support and information as needed
  • Help create a positive work environment that values diversity and inclusivity

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Management Assistance / Business Management
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Experience with Data Capturing (highly advantageous)
  • Organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills required
