As a Finance Administrator Intern, you will assist in creating educational content designed to enhance understanding of financial concepts, aligning with Discovery’s mission to foster healthier, financially knowledgeable communities. You'll collaborate with learning and development specialists, research financial topics, develop various content formats, conduct market research, and gather data to support the creation of engaging financial literacy materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with specialists to design and review financial literacy content
• Research and compile information on foundational financial topics
• Assist in developing content formats such as guides, presentations, infographics, and digital modules
• Conduct market research on financial literacy needs and trends
• Gather and analyse data to support content development and practical financial skills
• Help organise and update a database of financial literacy resources
• Analyse feedback to improve content effectiveness and delivery
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance content accessibility and engagement

Qualifications

• 3-year Qualification in a Finance-related field
• Must not have completed any previous internships
• Be between the ages of 18 and 30
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel & MS Outlook)
• South African citizenship by birth
