RMB is seeking a skilled Developer-2 to contribute to the development of innovative, reusable, and competitive software solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, maintain platform stability, and recommend new technologies to enhance business efficiency. This role also involves active collaboration in the developer community and engagement with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions and maintain stable technical platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders (end-users, SMEs, project managers) to recommend and implement emerging technologies
• Ensure operational efficiency and deliver customer-centric solutions
• Code, compile, test, and implement applications in line with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Support development environments and engage in coding standards and peer reviews
• Produce program specifications and resolve technical queries
• Participate in enhancing cost-effective solutions and maintaining a clear technical roadmap

Qualifications

• Experienced Java programmer
• Proficient in microservices, preferably Java Spring Boot
• Understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture
• Familiar with containers (OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (preferably Postgres, SQL Server)
• Experience with Angular and data modeling is advantageous
