Description

The Test Analyst at FNB is responsible for creating testing procedures for complete programs within a suite of projects. Key duties include contributing to test plans, writing test cases, conducting tests, executing system validation plans, and collaborating with Business Analysts and technical teams to compile test scripts. The role involves managing and reporting defects, ensuring alignment between test and production environments, and promoting teamwork. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in IT, an ISEB/ISTQB certification, at least 3 years of testing experience, and knowledge of end-to-end testing within the SDLC. Experience with CRM Dynamics365 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against operational and cost targets
• Prioritise resource allocation to minimise and reduce wastage
• Monitor costs for the financial year according to the operational plan Allocates and approves expenditure
• Review cost reports and resolves or explains variances to the budge
• Identify, control and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT ISEB/ISTQB Certification 3+ years testing experience Knowledge of end-to-end testing SDLC Experience working with CRM Dynamics365 will be highly advantageous
