The Talksure People with Disabilities Learnership aims to provide theoretical knowledge and practical work experience in the Short-Term Insurance industry. This initiative is designed to empower individuals with disabilities, equipping them with the skills necessary for success while fostering sustainable transformation in the workforce. Participants will earn an NQF Level 4 Certificate in Short-Term Insurance after completing the one-year program, which includes workplace experience within the insurance sector. Talksure is dedicated to promoting an inclusive environment where individuals with disabilities have equal opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Complete the one-year learnership program
• Engage in both theoretical and practical training
• Gain work experience in the Short-Term Insurance industry
• Obtain an NQF Level 4 Certificate in Short-Term Insurance

Qualifications

• Must be currently unemployed
• Between the ages of 18 and 30
• South African citizen
• Hold a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
• Able to communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Not enrolled in any other learnership program or currently studying
• Willing to sign a training agreement
• Must provide a medical certificate describing your disability
• Minimum of 6 months of outbound sales experience
• Demonstrate confidence, self-motivation, and a desire to learn and grow
