This internship focuses on providing hands-on experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT risks within the department. Interns will gain an understanding of how to ensure the security and integrity of information systems, particularly in preventing data breaches and maintaining compliance with IT regulations. Through this role, you will assist in evaluating IT infrastructures, conducting risk assessments, and developing strategies to minimize vulnerabilities. By the end of the internship, you will have developed a deep understanding of risk management practices within the IT domain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments of IT systems
• Monitor and report on potential security vulnerabilities
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for IT security

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in IT, Risk Management, or related field
