Description

We are looking for an Insurance Analyst to work within our high-performing insurance function, which manages global insurance policies across NTT Data Inc.’s subsidiaries. You will play a key role in managing insurance-related matters across our global operations, reporting directly to the Senior Director: Insurance - Risk and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the ongoing development and management of the Insurance Programme
• Oversee the timely renewal of the Insurance Programme, including data collection, quality checks, and collaboration with insurers
• Participate in the annual insurance premium allocation process with a focus on global and local charges
• Manage and update annual insurance documents for subsidiaries and review contractual insurance obligations
• Provide daily professional support for insurance matters across NTT Data Inc with high levels of customer service
• Collaborate on risk management processes and key insurance data updates
• Liaise with service providers to manage insurance claims and losses

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in a relevant field
• Short-term Insurance Qualification is advantageous
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance or a related role within a multinational organization
• Basic knowledge of insurance risk management, with a focus on short-term risk exposures
• Experience in the technology sector is advantageous
• Exposure to multinational organizational structures and experience working with diverse cultures
