Description

We are seeking a proactive Data Analyst to join our expanding media company. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments, including account management, finance, and marketing, to create, develop, manage, maintain, and enhance campaign reporting. You will also contribute to reporting efforts across different departments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers in creating, tracking, and maintaining client reporting suites
• Review and improve existing reports to correct errors and enhance formatting
• Generate ad-hoc reports as requested
• Leverage raw data and summary statistics to expand metrics, analyses, and forecasts
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to privacy protocols for sensitive information

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Google Drive, especially Google Sheets and Google Apps Script (Microsoft Excel experience is also considered)
• Intermediate to strong knowledge of advanced spreadsheet formulas, including lookups, filters, and array formulas
• Familiarity with data warehousing, APIs, and SQL is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Reporting experience within a media campaign environment is a plus
