Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics tools, and strategies that optimize data efficiency and quality
• Clean, transform, and organize raw data into a usable format for analysis
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and apply statistical techniques to discover correlations and relationships within the data
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present findings and insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and data-driven optimizations within the organization
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout all stages of data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in data management, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and manipulation
• Familiarity with database management systems (eg MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data warehousing concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques is a plus
