The Solutions Tester is responsible for conducting thorough testing and quality assurance of software solutions to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements. This role involves developing test plans, executing tests, identifying defects, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and scripts based on solution requirements
• Execute manual and automated tests (functional, integration, regression, and performance testing)
• Identify, document, and manage defects, collaborating closely with developers
• Ensure solutions meet quality standards through thorough validation and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles
• Proficiency in testing methodologies, automated testing tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG), and defect management tools like Jira
• Experience with SQL and performance testing tools like JMeter
