Description

As a Specialist: System Development, you will be responsible for creating solutions related to Service Order Provisioning, Customer Management, Product Modeling, Billing, and Frontend Portals. The role involves full participation in the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment of applications. You will ensure integration with back-end and third-party network services and play a key role in ensuring the quality and adherence to development guidelines

Responsibilities

• Lead multifunctional ISP Operations teams in developing OSS/BSS applications
• Design, develop, and implement Java EE-based applications
• Develop order management systems and workflows
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to software development principles
• Collaborate with the project delivery team to improve user experiences
• Participate in Agile processes and ensure workflows are optimized for business requirements
• Integrate open-source and third-party applications

Qualifications

• NQF 6 ,3-year Diploma/National Diploma in IT or Engineering
• 5 years of relevant experience in Java-based applications development
• Certifications in Java, Linux, and JBOSS (advantageous)
