Description

The Facilities internship offers graduates the chance to understand the importance of efficient facility management in supporting the overall functioning of an organization. As an intern, you will assist with maintaining office spaces, ensuring safety compliance, managing records, and overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep the organization running smoothly. This internship will provide valuable insight into managing both physical and informational resources, including maintaining accurate records and organizing office layouts. The experience you gain in office administration, records management, and logistical coordination will be invaluable in careers that involve office management or operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Help manage facilities, including organizing meetings and events
  • Support the office administration team with daily tasks
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry and document management

Qualifications

  • National Diploma or Degree in Records/Knowledge Management, Library Sciences, Office Administration, Public Administration, or Business Administration
