The Human Resources (HR) department internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and functions within an organization. Interns will gain exposure to core HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training development. This role will immerse you in the operational side of talent management and HR administration, as you assist with onboarding new employees, managing HR databases, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will have the opportunity to work closely with HR professionals, learning how they support organizational growth through effective employee management. The knowledge and skills acquired during this internship will be invaluable for a future career in HR, helping you understand both the strategic and operational aspects of human resource management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews
• Help manage employee records and documentation
• Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll
• Participate in employee relations initiatives, training programs, and performance reviews

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
