Indsafri is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Tester I with a strong background in card issuing and acquiring processes. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of card and payment systems through thorough testing and evaluation. The tester will work in a hybrid environment, applying their knowledge of credit, debit, and cheque cards to enhance product features, understand life cycles, and manage testing influenced by association mandates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing for card and payment applications, including mobile and web platforms
• Collaborate with teams to understand product features and business processes affecting testing
• Analyze card acquiring and issuing workflows to ensure comprehensive testing
• Ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard mandates

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality assurance, specifically in card and payment environments
• Familiarity with systems like Postilion and Alieno, card transaction flows, and onboarding/servicing processes for both cards and merchants
