Support the Crisis24 Incident Reporting division in monitoring real-time emerging threats in support of personnel safety and business continuity. React and respond to high-stress situations. Think critically and practically about complex situations involving multiple factors and sources of information in a time-critical environment. Follow standard operating procedures and workflows. Monitor social media and perform open source research and vetting. Work with GIS(Geographic Information Systems) and perform basic database management. Serve as a research resource in support of watch operations, and pass timely information about developing incidents to other departments in support of Crisis24’s global watch mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Security, or a related field preferred
• 0 to 3 years of work experience in a related field(eg data science, research, intelligence analysis) or experience in crisis management or analytical environments
• Foreign travel experience
