Description

The Software Development Team Lead at Raging River manages a team of developers to deliver advanced software solutions for the online gaming industry. The role involves identifying opportunities, designing features, ensuring high-quality deliverables, overseeing code quality, maintaining source control, and implementing CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should have experience in C#,.NET Core, RESTful API development, microservices, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and risks within the environment
• Risk Management
• Manage and mentor a team to ensure deliverables are on time and of a high quality
• Build features, with unit tests that can support our large and growing user base
• Whiteboard new features and fixes -- and bring it to life
• Collaborate with peers to write, review, or provide feedback on a technical design proposal
• Help our skilled support team triage and solve bugs
• Contribute to internal tools that help us improve our development process, manage our users, and scale our systems

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
