This Learnership Programme offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various manufacturing and technical tasks, including working in a team, safety practices, hand tools usage, welding, production machine operations, and more. The program aims to provide learners with the necessary skills for the manufacturing industry, culminating in an NQF Level 3 certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment
• Learn safety practices and how to handle tools
• Understand assembly, manufacturing drawing, and marking off welding
• Operate and monitor production machines
• Prepare surfaces and dispatch products
• Participate in firefighting training

Qualifications

• National Technical Certificate [N3 – N6]
• Matric/Technical Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science or Engineering Science, Electrical or Mechanical Trade Theory, Motor Trade Theory, and Mechanical Drawing or Graphical Design
