Responsibilities

• Manage the technical execution of solutions with a focus on system quality, stability, and scalability
• Develop and maintain current and new systems using emerging technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to meet technical requirements
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to the broader team
• Ensure coding standards and best practices are implemented and enforced
• Lead innovation initiatives and introduce new technologies to the team
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and progression of team members
• Participate in planning and agile processes, contributing to system architecture design
• Work closely with the Engineering Lead and Architecture Team to align on technical processes, frameworks, and system documentation

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on development experience
• Advanced SQL knowledge
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, PowerBI, and big data
• Exposure to Kafka for data streaming
• Desired: Computer Science degree, API experience (JSON/REST), message queuing services, no-SQL knowledge (e
