Bidvest International Logistics is offering unemployed youth the opportunity to join our Youth Employment Services (YES) Programme for 2024/2025. This initiative, in collaboration with the government, aims to provide unemployed youth with work experience and skills development within the logistics industry. If you're passionate about transport and logistics and meet the criteria, this could be your chance to gain valuable experience and launch your career.

Responsibilities

• Commit to a 12-month YES Programme consisting of 25 modules (theoretical and practical)
• Complete all modules on the YES platform
• Compile and submit a portfolio of evidence at the end of the programme
• Manage time effectively and adhere to programme deadlines
• Be determined, accountable, and committed to completing the programme

Qualifications

• Completed Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent, South African citizen aged between 18 and 34, Must meet the EE requirements of the programme, Must be unemployed and not enrolled in academic studies for 2025, Must be available to work full time for 12 months, Must not have participated in the YES Programme before, Keen interest in the Transport and Logistics industry, Basic computer literacy (MS Office), Punctual, self-reliant, and responsible, Proficient in English
