BET Software is a company that focuses on dreams, as dreams are valuable and have an expiration date. They offer a "Dare To Dream" bursary to help students cultivate their dreams in an ICT-related field at a registered Higher Education Institution in 2025. Eligible applicants must have South African citizenship, completed Matric, study in ICT-related fields such as Information Technology and Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, System and Network Administration, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Cybersecurity, and achieve a minimum 60% average in their current year of tertiary studies and a minimum 65% average in their high school year.
Recipients can apply for further funding with each additional year of study and can join the BET Software Graduate Programme, which offers potential work-back experience. To apply, applicants must provide a letter of motivation, a certified ID copy, a letter of acceptance from an accredited tertiary institution, a statement of account and quotation from the institution, a detailed quotation from the Higher Education Institution, a certified copy of Matric results, and academic transcripts for the previous 12 months of study.
