The position requires a BSc/BTech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, and a minimum of experience as a South African citizen. Successful applicants will be placed in Eskom Operations across divisions. Key competencies include leadership, teamwork, behavioral integrity, professionalism, customer focus, knowledge of Eskom's policies and procedures, communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation, and liaising. Key responsibilities include institutionalized and on-the-job training.
