The RAF is inviting qualified graduates to apply for its Graduate Development Program in the Technology and Digital Department: Operations and Cloud Services (Infrastructure Services), which will run for 18-24 months. The program aims to provide development opportunities for young, high-potential individuals from diverse backgrounds, offering relevant work experience that aligns with their skill set and identified talents. The program focuses on developing technical, business, and leadership skills, setting the stage for dynamic growth. The program includes tasks such as Motor Vehicle Accident Processes, Storage and Back-up, Demand and Monitoring, Citrix System, Cloud Migration, Unix System, Windows, Exchange, Networks, and Telecoms. Successful candidates will be required to display planning, organizing, coordination, personal mastery, judgment and decision making, ethics and values, client service orientation, resilience, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and analytical skills, and basic computer literacy in MS Office. The terms and conditions include a fixed-term contract appointment for the duration of the program, with prospects of permanent employment upon successful completion.
