The role involves managing the administration of Conditions of Service, Recruitment & Selection, Training and development, HR records management, employee discipline, discharge, and grievances. The qualifications required include a National Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology. To apply, applicants must have a valid Matric/Grade 12/ and completed a tertiary qualification. A detailed CV, contactable referees, an application letter, academic transcript, educational qualifications, and identity document must be submitted.
