The bursary program requires applicants to meet certain criteria. They must be a South African citizen, have completed Matric, be studying full-time towards an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification, be studying at a recognized and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa, have a minimum overall average of 65% in their first year, be based in the Western Cape or Gauteng, have a clear credit and criminal record, be ambitious, proactive, problem-solver, have a growth mindset, and be courageous. The bursary covers expenses such as registration fees, tuition fees, textbooks, accommodation, and stipends. Applicants will also receive academic support, mentorship, work readiness training, wellness program services, job shadowing, access to the Employee Assistance Programme for career and financial guidance, and permanent employment after graduation. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the application not being considered.
