The Learner role is a development role where the incumbent completes a formal qualification and gains work experience. They are responsible for delivering tasks to execute predefined work objectives, such as research, analysis, administration, process, and project work. They contribute to cost efficiencies, optimize work through learning experiences, ensure operational excellence, engage in personal development activities, deliver customer service, and contribute to teamwork. Additional work-related training is provided as needed.
